PRIVACY.

Information we collect

If you contact us, request sponsorship information, or submit a tryout application, we collect the details you enter, such as name, email, message, player interest and any document you voluntarily attach. We use this information to review your request and respond.

Where it is stored

Submission details are stored in the site database. Tryout attachments are stored in a nonpublic folder accessible only to authenticated team administrators. The website uses a session cookie for security and administration.

Sharing and retention

Information is available to authorized team personnel for the purpose of responding to enquiries and administering applications. External service providers used by the host or official ticket/merchandise websites may operate under separate notices. Submissions remain until removed by an authorized team administrator; request access or removal using the contact page.

Analytics and links

If analytics are configured, our site may collect aggregate usage measurements. External ticketing, video and merchandise websites have their own privacy practices. We do not take card payments through this website.

Your choices

Please do not submit sensitive personal records unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure channel. If you are a minor, involve a parent or guardian before applying. To ask about information we hold, contact the team.

This notice should be reviewed by the operating organization before launch.
